Privacy notice

This notice describes information submitted through forms on the Phan Nguyen Real Estate website.

Information collected

Buyer, seller, rental, contact and open-house forms may collect your name, phone number, email, property address, home type, budget, preferred areas, timing and any notes you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your request, prepare housing information or discuss real-estate services. Customer inquiry forms are sent through Formspree to Phan. Open-house check-ins are sent through Google Apps Script to the Google Sheet configured for attendance records.

Website analytics

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, the website records page views, the first interaction with an inquiry form, validation-error categories, accepted submissions (form type and language), and clicks on phone, text, WhatsApp or email links. These events include only the page path and non-sensitive technical labels. Form contents, names, contact details and property addresses are not sent to Google Analytics.

Retention and requests

Information is kept in the services listed above for as long as needed to respond and carry out related work, or as required by applicable record-keeping rules. To ask about or update a record, contact phannguyen.realty@gmail.com.
